Monthly reports

Uptime, incidents and response times for a month, on screen, printed or emailed.

What's in a report

Open Reports for last month's report, or pick another month. Each report has:

  • overall uptime, number of incidents, total downtime and the longest outage;
  • average response time and how many regions checked your sites;
  • a row per site and heartbeat: uptime, downtime, incidents, average response time, whether it met your SLA target, and missed heartbeat runs;
  • Worth fixing: sites that missed the SLA, missed heartbeat runs, SSL certificates and domains expiring within 30 days, and email setup problems such as no DMARC.

Months follow your account's time zone. Checks inside maintenance windows aren't counted.

SLA target

Admins set the target uptime (99.9% by default, between 90% and 100%) under the report's settings.
